THERE WILL BE A PARTY FOR ALL HELPERS ON SATURDAY 2nd MARCH
We need you to:
Collect supermarket sturdy fruit boxes (at least 6" deep). Please bring them to the church and leave them in the welcome area.
Deliver Book Fair flyers in January. The list of roads to be delivered to will be in the EMC Welcome Area in January. Please take enough leaflets, which are in bundles of fifty, for the roads you choose. Remember to tick off, on the sheet, theroads that you cover.
Weds Feb 13 at 9am to Weds 20th: come and help sort books. We need as much help as possible, particularly for the specialist sorting from 9am on Mon 18 to 4pm on Weds 20 Feb. There is no need to commit to a particular time during the sorting, just come and stay for as long as you can.
At 7pm on Sunday 18th: help move books from the Youth Hall to their sale positions. We need a large strong labour force for about one hour.
Help on the tills taking the money from book sales from the morning of Thurs Feb 21 to 4pm on the 23rd. Please let Carol Stringer know if you are able to help: click here: Carol Stringer
At about 4pm on Saturday 23rd February at the end of the fair we need strong people to load the lorry with the unsold books to go to the dealer, and then tidy the premises ready for Sunday.
On the evening of Saturday 2nd March come along to a party to celebrate the completion of another book fair – starting at 7pm in the Community Hall, subsidised by EMC by way of thanks to all those who have helped with the fair, tickets will be just £3 each.
