     Room and Facilities Hire 

Situated in the heart of Epsom, the church, with its own car park (for group leaders), is a short walk from Epsom railway station and is on main bus routes . The church is a lively family and community orientated church with a number of clubs and activities for children, young people and adults, during the daytime, in the evenings and in school holidays.

The bright and spacious open-plan worship area is complemented by a good range of halls, meeting rooms, kitchen areas and toilets. Our facilities are available for hire to individuals and external organisations for activities such as:

  • one-off business meetings
  • family gatherings/ social events
  • regular group/ community bookings.

Rooms are available on an hourly or sessional basis and special rates may be offered to church-based and charitable organisations.
Please note , we are unable to hire rooms on Sundays.

In addition to basic room hire, we are able to offer other services such as room set up and some equipment.  Please discuss your requirements when booking your room.  We are happy to quote for provision of teas/coffees or light lunches. Our main hall has an adjacent kitchen which can be made available for your own use.  (Please note - no alcohol is allowed on church premises.)

We have two church halls, two large meeting rooms (for up to 40-50 people), plus three other, smaller rooms for more intimate meetings as described below; the Worship Area may, if appropriate, also be hired.

  • There are several smaller meeting rooms available for hire for example there are two rooms on the first floor on the youth hall.
